This was my first Local SEO project for a real estate agency in Diva. I created and optimized the Google My Business (GMB) profile for Shreya Estate Agency.

As part of my strategy, I conducted keyword research to identify relevant search terms & I crafted optimized review templates infused with keywords and shared them with the agency owner to request client reviews.

Results & Performance

Over time, the business started ranking on the first page of Google, leading to significant improvements in visibility. In the last six months, the agency has been receiving an average of 40+ leads per month just from Google Business Profile.
